A Hañsa Yoga Therapist has completed a minimum of 500 hours professional training with ongoing continued professional development and assessments. Hañsa Yoga Therapists follow the process of healing and awakening through principles of human fundamental movement patterns and embodiment to support the individual to understand their own patterns and encourage self-management.
